Congratulations to All students There is good news for Fulbright scholarship 2021 is easier to apply now as there is a big change in most restricted requirements announced by USEF announced recently.
These are the following requirements you must consider before Applying :
No GRE is required for now to apply for Fulbright Scholarship USA 2021 for Masters/MPhil or Ph.D. Degrees
The deadline to apply is 15th July.
You Do Not need GRE or TOEFL to apply for Fulbright Masters/MPhil, Ph.D. Scholarships USA at this stage
But you have to take GRE exam or TOEFL if you get selected for Fulbright (This point is although not clear by USEFP because there is an "or" in a statement issued by USEFP that you have to take GRE or TOEFL, maybe this requirement will depend on universities, you will be placed in, if they would have exempted GRE, then you will take only TOEFL exam, again this is not sure, so you have to be ready for GRE if you apply and get selected for it)
But in any case, you can apply for Fulbright without GRE this year and have to take GRE or TOEFL if you are selected for it
CGPA Requirement
The second thing is if your majors belong to Pure Sciences, Public Policy, Engineering, Management, Technology, Energy, Finance, Business & Economics, then you must have at least 3.5 CGPA or 75 % marks in their last degree to apply for it
All the other major students must have at least 3.0 CGPA or 50 % marks in their last degree
If for any reason, you cannot provide the final transcript of your last degree and your previous degrees with the application, your application will be considered incomplete. If you are unable to submit your final transcript along with the Fulbright application for any reason, please do not apply this year.
.If any of your transcripts do not explain the grading system or are not translated into English (applicable to foreign degrees) the application will be considered incomplete. Transcripts with Pass or Fall that do not explain the grades or percentage of the results will not be acceptable this year. Grades or percentages stated in the application must be backed by clear and understandable documentary proof or they will not be accepted.
