Türkiye Scholarships is a government-funded, competitive scholarship program, awarded to outstanding students to pursue a full-time or short-term programs at the top universities in Turkey. 4.HUNGARY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PAKISTANI STUDENTS UNDER ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH LINKAGES
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme, launched by the Hungarian Government under Higher Education and Scientific Exchange Programme for Bachelors, One-Tier Master's, Masters and Ph.D. studies. All awards made on the basis of academic merit, quality of research proposals, and potential of the applicants as well as the likely impact of their work on the development of Pakistan. The program is managed by HEC, Pakistan, and the Tempus Public Foundation, Hungary.
SCHOLARSHIP TYPES
Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for Pakistani students fulfilling basic eligibility criteria in specified disciplines and other requirements of Hungarian universities under the following programs:
- Bachelor Degree (after 12 years of education)
- One-Tier Master's Degree (after 12 years of education)
- Master Degree (after 16 years of education)
- Ph.D. Degree (after 18 years of education)
Financial Benefits
- Tuition-free education: exemption from the payment of tuition fee
- Monthly stipend:
- Bachelors and Masters Scholarships: monthly HUF 43,700/- (cca EUR 130) contribution to the living expenses, for 12 months per year, until the completion of studies
- Doctoral level: according to the current Hungarian legislation, monthly HUF 140,000/-(cca EUR 415) for the first phase of education (4 semesters) and HUF 180,000 (cca EUR 530) for the second phase (4 semesters) - for 12 months a year, until completion of studies.
- Accommodation: Dormitory place or a contribution of HUF 40,000/month to accommodation costs for the whole duration of the scholarship period.
- Medical insurance: Health care services according to the relevant Hungarian legislation (Act No. 80 of 1997, national health insurance card) and supplementary medical insurance.

5.COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MASTERS & Ph.D. IN THE UNITED-KINGDOM FOR THE YEAR 2020
Funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID), Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development, and are aimed at those who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK. These scholarships are offered under six themes:
- Science and technology for development
- Strengthening health systems and capacity
- Promoting global prosperity
- Strengthening global peace, security, and governance
- Strengthening resilience and response to crises
- Access, inclusion, and opportunity
Financial Benefits
- Approved airfare from your home country to the UK and return at the end of your award (the CSC will not reimburse the cost of fares for dependants, nor usually the cost of journeys made before your award is finally confirmed).
- Approved tuition fees.
- Stipend (living allowance) at the rate of £1,084 per month or £1,330, for those at universities in London metropolitan area (rates quoted at 2018/2019 levels).
- Warm clothing allowance, where applicable.
- Study travel grants towards the cost of study-related travel within UK or Overseas.
- Provision towards the cost of fieldwork undertaken overseas (usually the cost of one economy class return airfare to your fieldwork location) where approved.
- Paid mid-term visit (airfare) to your home country (unless you have claimed or (intend to claim) spouse and/or child allowances during your scholarships, or have received a return airfare to your home country for fieldwork).
- Family allowances as follows:
- Spouse allowance of £233 per month if you and your spouse are living together at the same address in the UK (unless your spouse is also in receipt of a scholarship; other conditions also apply) Child allowance of £233 per month for the first child, and £114 per month for the second and third child under the age of 16, if you are accompanied by your spouse and children and they are living with you at the same address in the UK.
- If you are widowed, divorced, or a single parent, child allowance of £465 per month for the first child, and £114 per month for the second and third child under the age of 16, if you are accompanied by your children and they are living with you at the same address in the UK.

This scholarship is also predetermined by hosting partner of the country in Pakistan HEC responsible for candidates shortlisting every year HEC Close registration in the last of September or First Week of October.
Applications are invited to apply for the DAAD Scholarship in Germany 2020-2021 from the Government of Germany. DAAD scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Germany for all International Students from around the world to Pursue Masters, Ph.D. Degree Programs.
