Do email Romanian embassy in good English to ask about the documents & process for it on this email for this year http://islamabad.mae.ro/en/node/397

Last year Romanian Islamabad Embassy in Islamabad emailed the students (Sobia Bashir) to submit these documents. About official letter issued by Romanian Embassy. They will submit it themselves. as read point 06 in guide below.

Some guide by Aadi Miksha , who visited embassy and submitted documents
* I have personally visited the embassy

1. Attestation : Last year students submitted Notarized documents only but this year they are not accepting application without MOFA attestation as well as Notarization. They require both. Note that in the instructions they have also asked "legalized" copies for birth certifcates etc so you have to attest those documents from MOFA too. Before attesting educational documents from MOFA documents must be attested from HEC/IBCC.
2. Deadline : deadline is 05th Feb
3. Appointment : Appointment before going there is necessary otherwise they will not let u enter. For appointment ask them through email. Email id is given in the website of embassy. If you can not visit by ur self ask someone else to visit on ur behalf.
4. The staff dealing with the documents was Romanian, not Pakistani
5. Total 3 set of documents are required. One set with attestations and other 2 will be photocopies of first set. they will keep one set, send second set to MOFA for verification and send third set to Romania for selection may be.
6. Official letter : this letter was mentioned in the required documents and was confusion about this but they did not asked me for this letter so probably they will arrange it by themselves if they select you.
7. Documents should be in files ( transparent plastic files ), not in folders
