Earlier today, the world’s largest Massive Open Online Course provider Coursera announced that they are offering 100 free courses in response to the impact of the COVID-19  pandemic.

I discovered that 85 of the courses offered certificates that you would normally have to pay for. The other 15 courses were already free but didn’t offer a certificate.

MOOC providers have been actively responding to the situation in different ways, including launching courses to keep people informed about COVID-19. And Coursera is only keeping them free until the end of May 2020.
